Returns of products that have already been received by the customer can only be returned based on the following reasons:
Items are defected, faulty or damaged and are therefore unusable (including damages during production but not including damages caused by customer); At times, fabrics tend to get dusty and dirty due to production and storage. Toko Moda cannot exchange or refund items that are only slightly dirty and are still useable. This is counted as wear and tear.
Items are not as the customer imagined (inaccuracy in product, including colour, type and size). Toko Moda only accepts returns in inaccuracy if the fabric purchased is more than five (5) meters of the same type, and is returned less than seven (7) days after date of purchase.
Wrong orders or products were delivered.
In the event of a return, Toko Moda will exchange the product according to the customer’s order. In the event that the item the customer requests no longer available, Toko Moda will return the amount paid by the customer.
Swatches and items purchased on sale is not eligible for a return
Once you have placed your order after ordering a swatch, thus confirming that the fabric is correct, no returns are accepted unless there is a rip or tear, leaving the fabric unuseable.
Please handle all items with care. All items must be returned back to us in the same condition as they were received. Please note that fabrics which are cut, washed, altered or returned in an unsellable condition are not eligible for refund or exchange. Unsellable condition is described as but is not emitted to, fabrics that are dirty, wrinkled, contaminated, with animal or human hair, include the smell of smoke or other pungent odor. If a returned items arrives in unsellable condition without an authorized exception the refund will not be processed and we will notify you by email.
